*New Practice Group, sponsored by One Dharma Nashville, is appropriate for people with all levels of meditation experience, although it is especially focused on practice and guidance for newer meditators. The format is similar to One Dharma's Monday night sit, but with expanded time for practice instruction and discussion. Focus is on the basics of sitting practice, how to establish and maintain a strong daily practice, how to work with distractions and blocks to practice, and any other issues those attending would like to address. **Dharma Study Group, sponsored by One Dharma Nashville, is aimed at helping us learn how we can incorporate Buddhist teachings and practices into our everyday lives. This study group also provides an opportunity for us to better know those of us who share an interest in Buddhism. This is an open meeting and everyone is welcome to participate.
